• Full Refund: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Book arrived damaged
• Book did not arrive

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us first in order to obtain returns authorisation.

Please email [email protected] with the subject RETURN REQUEST, including your order number and specific reason for return (for example, damaged on delivery), and we will respond with authorisation and the return address. We reserve the right to request proof of damage.

Please do not send any returns to our PO Box address.
